Urban Eden is a movement to promote a sustainable extension of the original masterplan for Milton Keynes.
We support the realistic expansion of Milton Keynes through growth, and welcome the anticipated improvements to the city and its public realm.
We aim to ensure that the fundamentals of the Master Plan and original Vision are not lost in any changes already enacted, developed or planned. For example:
- Grid roads
- Building density
- Tree protection
- The redway network
- Pedestrian underpasses and footbridges
- The Boulevards of Central Milton Keynes
- The linear park system
